First time here. The chicken fingers are delicious. Crispy on the outside but moist and tender inside. Fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast were good. Usual selection of sodas and sweet tea. The only thing missing is dessert! Prices are reasonable.
If I could give 0 stars I would … no chicken fingers in the world are so good to make the wait worth while. It’s a regular weekday 05:00 p.m. and you stand in the drive thru for more than an hour ! This is no coincidence but pure intention and strategy; understaff your venue, make the waiting lines artificially long and people think “…oh this must be fantastic…” - trust me it’s not. Not sure what I should be more shocked about, the company running a business like this or the consumers who fall for it - obviously including me. The only thing is that I fell once for it and for sure won’t again. To summarize; you waste precious time of your life away sitting in a drive thru for overpriced, underseasoned, cold, soggy, … simply bad food. Don’t do this to yourself or as a matter of fact to your family.
The food was really good, I believe the Cane’s Sauce, bread and their lemonade really carry their meals. I ordered the box combo and switched out the coleslaw for another piece of bread. I also recommend buying an extra sauce, I don’t think one was enough. I believe they charge 23 extra cents for ordering lemonade. The wait inside the restaurant does take a while and the drive through even more. When I actually ordered, staff was friendly and fast to try to get line going by faster. There’s a big amount of staff which also helps make the food come out faster and keep up with the demand. I waited around 5-10 minutes for my food to actually be ready when ordering inside. Overall this was a great experience. I love the design and the amount of seating there is.
They were packed, the staff wasn't trained well for the grand opening. People's food from like two cars down the line would get their food and the car before me waited a long time . The car in front of me was asked to move a bit so I can leave. Maybe they need to form a better strategy like zig zag ordering like In and out. Food was delicious and worth the 50 minutes in line.
Yay! Raising Canes in Chula Vista. When we came in, the line was long. But taking orders were fast. Chicken fingers were really. Fries as well but the coleslaw was just okay.
Had Cane's and requested extra crispy chicken. Unfortunately I didn't get it, chicken was lukewarm meaning it wasn't cooked any differently than the rest of the chicken. The location was full of staff and everyone was friendly. Brand New location so everything was very clean
I was in line for 45 minutes, do not recommend if you are in a hurry. The food was bland, the chicken was not juicy as usual and the lemonade was watered down. To be fair it just opened a few weeks ago, hopefully with time it improves, but for now, not worth the wait.
This was by far the worst experience i have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Drive-Thru was packed as usual. I decided to order to-go inside the restaurant. 25 minutes later, no food, not even a clue about what number of customer I was, the staff was as disorganized as they could get.. There was just one guy literally throwing fries and chicken trips in to go containers and the places, which is small, was packed. No one seemed to get their order. No other employees were working on orders except for this one guy. I asked a couple of times about my order and finally I decided to just cancel it. By then I smelled like fried chicken. The staff at the register didn't seem to care, I got my refund and a terrible time at a place that doesn't know what "fast food" means. Will never, ever go near this clueless business again.
